📦 Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy in the following cases:

✔ Product is defective
✔ Wrong product delivered

❌ Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted

📩 How to Request a Replacement

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video showing the issue

  • Short description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.

🚚 Replacement Process

  • Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped

  • Pickup may be arranged if required

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

🔹 Online Payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
🔹 COD Orders: Refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

⏱ Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Personal care & hygiene items (if opened)

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
